Fantasy holiday

My fantasy holiday would be simple. All I would want to do would be on a hillside surrounded by trees and sleep there in my tent for a week. I think this would be extremely fun and enjoyable. It would be the best camping trip in the world and I would be away from all the confusion and cramped area of the city.

Favorite holiday

My favorite holiday so far was when I went on a trip to Arizona for christmas. I usually don't like christmas but this on was different because I spent it in the desert were it was nice and warm. I really hate cold weather so it was a good change for me because it was dry and everything was perfect but we left before the monsoon season started. I have a fear of spiders and when the monsoon season comes it starts to rain alot and all the tarantulas get flooded out of their burrows and start walking around the ground everywhere. Sad thing is though is that was my only happy trip to Arizona all the rest were to see people that were in the hospital and slowly withering away. Thats about all I have to say about that so farwell.

Holiday Country

If I could pick a country to go to on holiday I would defiantly pick Ireland. I always wanted to visit the home land of my ancestors and see what Ireland look like. I can't wait to turn 18 because as soon as I do I'm going to move to Ireland and settle down there.

Climate Change

Climate change is one major problem for our world and we need to confront it. The climate change effects everyone including me. In Wisconsin we are effected alot by our crops and farms. If there was a drought here then we would be in big trouble. Many farmers would lose their income and people who live in towns would lose alot of the things they buy at the groccery store like milk and vegtables. We can try to stop or slow down global warming in alot of ways. We can stop burning alot of fossil fuels and stop deforestation. Here are some great websites that have information on climate cahnge.

As part of the student blogging challenge, I wrote this post for BAD 2009 on the topic of climate change.

Camping

Hello world, I just wanted to talk about one of my favorite things to do. I like to go camping when ever I can. I like how the trees look in the early morning when the mist is still in the air and there is a green hue in the distance. I like walking through the woods and listening to the wind blow the tree tops from side to side. It is nice to sit around a warm fire after a long day and sleeping with nothing but the feint sounds of midnight birds singing thier songs. It is always fun to live in the woods for a week or so but now days people think sitting in an RV in a campground is what camping really is. People think that staying in a mobile home is roughin it now and the people that think sleeping in a tent ten feet from your house is camping. People need to learn what real camping is, going out in the middle of the woods with a tent, a swiss army knife, and some cooking materials thats all you need besides clothes and a sleeping bag and other stuff like that. Here are two links to different camping websites so people can study up on the subject ok.
